Shipment and payment

1. Delivery time
In the case of online card payment we will send your order to the address you provided within 3 business days after receiving the payment.
In case you want to receive an order as soon as possible please write it in the order note, in this case we will try to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

2. Delivery Methods
Packages to EU countries are sent via the DPD service, always on the condition that the package will be delivered directly to the house, not to the dispensary.

5. Acceptance of the consignment
When picking up the shipment, we recommend checking the goods from the carrier. In particular, the integrity of the packaging and in the event of any defects best to be reported in writing to the carrier himself.
